Abstract: A phase shifting device based on Liquid Crystals (LCs) is disclosed is disclosed in this invention. The phase shifting device comprises a 3-dB coupler, inductors realized either in the distributed or lumped form and capacitors realized on a LCs substrate. A circuit example of the phase shifter is shown in Fig. 1.
